Proxmox Module 1.3 coming Out on 16th of Feb
Hello,
We Glad to announce the near release of Proxmox version 1.3, software is currently finalizing testing and is due to release on 16th of Feb 2014.
Release will feature:
- VM assigned IPs added to `assignedips` field in tblhosting table, easier to show in Emails and Client area using the {$assigned_ips} variable.
- Hostname Feature for openvz: if using product type VPS then the build in hostname field during order is accounted, for the other product types custom field `Hostname` is supported. if neither then it follow VPS Name .
- KVM VM Templates: new field called "Arbitrary Arquements", allow arbitrary KVM arquements including KickStart scripts for Auto OS install.
- KVM VM Templates: Support for Auto IP assignment through DHCP using static MAC to IP mapping, instruction based setup.
- VM Templates: IP Range support for IPv6
- (NEW) Node management area: coming out with some basic statistics and service status, more to be added in next version.
- (NEW) IP Pools Management Area: for configuring and reviewing IP Blocks.
- Support for non-default (8006) GUI port for Proxmox, usefull when 8006 is blocked by hosting provider.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed licesne caching in admin area causing unneeded license check calls.
- Support for special characters in passowrds.
- Specifying pool in kvm Templates cause module to fail to create vm with some Proxmox versions.
- Adding Addon from Admin area require to be in pending then choose activate to work.
